Hire Costs and Pricing Information

Normanton on Soar Village Hall offers clear and competitive hire rates for both one-off events and regular bookings. Whether you’re using the Main Hall, the Meeting Room, or both spaces together, our pricing is straightforward.  . Below, you’ll find full details of our hourly rates, included amenities, and optional extras to help you plan your event with ease.
All bookings should include any time required to setup and clear up after the event.

Notes

  1. A discount is available for village residents and regular users- please enquire for details.
  2. A security / cleaning deposit of £250.00 will be required with bookings for wedding parties, dances, concerts etc.  Deposits are refundable after the event, less the the cost of any damage incurred to the premises or contents during the period of hire.
  3. Hire charges are reviewed annually. Events being booked more than a year in advance may be subject to change.
  4. All bookings are subject to the standard terms and conditions of Normanton on Soar Village Hall, and the management committee reserve the right an refuse any letting without giving reasons for the refusal.
  5. Included with all Bookings:
    • Heating & Lighting
    • Use of Kitchen and Equipment
    •  Sound System
    • Projector and Screen
    • Crockery & cutlery (120 covers)
    • Tables & Chairs
    • Licenced bar (if required)
